1. How can I tell if your courses will work for me?
Our business' success is dependent on your success, so everything we do is designed to make sure you are successful!
We achieve this goal by only publishing training after we've proven it works for multiple small businesses in multiple locations over a long enough period of time to rule out seasonal and holiday influences. And we'll show you how to directly measure the results you get from our training, so you can see exactly how much of a difference our courses are making for you. You'll never have to wonder if it's all worth it because you'll have the numbers to prove it!
2. What if I have no marketing or social media experience?
If you can follow detailed instructions, then you can learn how to do your own effective marketing!
Most of our members say they did not consider themselves to be techy or social media savvy, but they were able to use our courses to generate income from their business' social media, even if they had never used Facebook for personal use!
Our training details every step, so even total beginners can follow along. We only assume you already know how to do basic computer functions, such as: saving and opening files, and coping and pasting text.
3. How does your training compare to Facebook Blueprint courses, marketing books, YouTube videos, etc.?
Most marketing training is too generalized to be useful in everyday practice. Our training is focused on what works best for small businesses that sell online reservations, appointments, or tickets— in other words, you sell experiences people can book online.
Most marketing books, courses, and videos teach how to market a product— an object you can photograph, sell in a store, and probably ship in a box. Or they teach how to market a service— a task one person does for another, like fixing your car. Experiences are not objects or tasks; experiences create feelings and memories— like a nice dinner reservation or a scenic boat tour. You can't market that the same way you would market a product or service. If you sell experiences, you need training that's been tried and tested on other businesses that sell experiences.
The "Facebook Blueprint" courses give an explanation of what Facebook’s tools can do for you, but they can’t provide specific strategies or recommendations because their training has to cater to all kinds of businesses located all over the world. Our Founder & Chief Trainer, Danielle Glick, has taken Facebook's marketing courses and was one of the first people in the world to become a Facebook Certified Digital Marketing Associate as part of a Facebook pilot program. 4. How much time will it take?
The busier you are, the more you NEED to be doing effective marketing because you don’t have time to waste on ideas that don’t work! When you buy any course, you’ll get instant access, so you can learn at your own pace. The total ongoing time it should take to implement our Learning Module’s monthly strategies and spend 1 hour per week learning new things is roughly 21 hours per month, which equals only 5 or so hours per week. That’s a small time investment considering it generates thousands of dollars in sales every month!
The time it takes to complete online courses depends on your learning speed and how many hours you’re able to invest each week. Those who buy our Full-Site Bundle and invest full-time hours (8 hours per day) into training usually complete our Learning Modules in 7–10 days. Ambitious people who work their regular job while training part-time often complete the Learning Modules in around 30 days. Really busy workers tend to take around 2–3 months. 5. What if I end up not having enough time?
No worries; we have a few alternate solutions. If you’re thinking you might not have enough time but still want to get results, then we first recommend assigning someone else to take some or all of our courses and implement the ideas for you. Your account login can be shared or transferred to coworkers at no extra cost, so you could have multiple teammates taking different courses. For example, you could assign someone else to complete our email marketing Learning Module while you work on the Facebook module. This way, you'll get more work done faster, without doubling our cost. Plus, it’s more realistic to keep doing effective marketing indefinitely when one person isn’t trying to run the business and do all their own marketing, too.
6. Is Q&A support included?
Yes! You'll be able to get fast Q&A support from our experts at no extra cost, so long as your question is about our training. Requests for advice, feedback on your work, or issues pertaining to your individual business/ account are not included but may be accepted if we feel the solution might improve our training for others, too.
We often respond within a few hours and usually no later than 24 hours. We do not have predefined support hours, which means we can often help you in urgent situations when no one else can— on evenings, weekends, and holidays— at no extra cost! Support is available via live chat, email, and screenshare webinars. And unlike Facebook's support team, our people actually know how Facebook works!
7. Do I have to buy for a minimum number of months?
Nope! We don't need contracts or minimums to force anyone to stay with us. You may cancel at any time, as described in our Subscription Terms of Service. Most people find our training so valuable, they've been members for years!
